Product Describe:
This 12V DC & 230V AC Dual-System Distribution Switchboard Set is the electrical control hub purpose-built for modern luxury yachts, catamarans, and professional
sailing vessels. Replacing the cluttered fuse boxes found on traditional boats, it offers a comprehensive, safe, and highly efficient power management solution through
a dual-panel layout that combines industrial aesthetics with logical organization. The entire system strictly adheres to international marine electrical standards.
1.The right-side 230V AC panel serves as the main switch for all high-power AC systems on board. It features dual-source switching between shore power and
the generator, along with red/green Reverse Polarity indication. This critical safety design instantly signals whether shore power connections are correct,
fundamentally preventing serious accidents such as hull electrification, electric shock, or equipment damage caused by wiring errors at the dock.
2.The left-side 12V DC panel centralizes the vessel's essential systems—from bright cabin lighting and mast lights, to automatically controlled fresh water pumps
and bilge pumps, to water heaters for domestic use. Each of the 12 independent circuit breakers is equipped with a prominent green operational indicator.
Day or night, you can see at a glance the on/off status of every connected device. The panel features a premium black finish with white pinstripe edging,
giving it an elegant, professional look that is easy to clean. The spacious modular layout and reserved spare channels make it effortless to later add fishing
equipment, additional radar screens, or audio-visual upgrades.
Product Feature:
Independent AC/DC Compartment Management: The 12V DC system and 230V AC system are perfectly separated. The left side is dedicated to core DC equipment powered by the onboard battery bank (e.g., lighting, pumps, toilets); the right side handles high-power AC equipment driven by shore power or the generator (e.g., air conditioners, battery chargers, microwave ovens). The two systems operate without interference, making fault diagnosis much easier.
Comprehensive Safety Protection: The right-side AC panel is specially equipped with a dual-source main switch (transfer switch) for "Shore Power" and "Generator," along with a red "Reverse Polarity" indicator light. This effectively prevents hull electrification or equipment damage caused by incorrect shore power wiring—a standard safety feature for high-end yachts.
High Load Capacity and Large Design: The AC/DC panels together provide up to 24 power circuits (13 DC circuits and 9 AC circuits). All switches are toggle/rocker circuit breakers with green operational status indicator lights, making it clear at a glance which circuits are energized—truly "what you see is what you get."
Professional Weatherproof and Anti-Vibration Construction: The black brushed metal panel with white decorative trim (classic yacht instrument style) is secured with four corner anti-loosening screws. All toggle switches are well-sealed, effectively resisting salt spray corrosion and hull vibration in marine environments.
Flexible Custom Circuit Labeling: Load labels on the panel (e.g., Cabin Main Light, Bilge Pump, Air Conditioner, Shore Power) are all marked in English, in line with international yacht standards. Ample "SPARE" channels are reserved for future owner retrofits or additional electrical equipment. (Note: Chinese labels can be custom-ordered from the manufacturer upon request.)
