The marine AC distribution board with 2+12 main power supply and 2+6 auxiliary power inverter is a 220V AC main power distribution device specially designed for medium and large yachts or workboats. Its core function is to safely and reliably distribute and manage two types of main power supplies on board (shore power SHORE and generator power GEN) as well as inverter INVERTER power supply.

This distribution board monitors the status of input power supplies through clear meters (voltage V, current A), and distributes electric power to various high-power AC loads on board (such as kitchen appliances, water pumps, air conditioners, sockets, etc.) and important household equipment (such as refrigerators, ice makers) via multiple circuit breaker switches.

Designed in compliance with marine electrical specifications, it is equipped with essential protection and indication functions, serving as a core guarantee device for the safe operation of the yacht's power system.

2. The production line adopts a standard modular framework. The main power input module, instrument module, inverter module, and multiple shunt circuit breaker modules can be independently assembled and tested, facilitating production organization as well as later maintenance and replacement.

Key process points such as busbar installation, circuit breaker torque application, and terminal crimping are strictly controlled to ensure the reliability of high-current paths and low contact resistance. A comprehensive insulation resistance test and dielectric strength test are carried out after assembly.

6. The cabinet is made of corrosion-resistant materials (e.g., spray-coated galvanized steel sheet or aluminum). Internal components are selected from marine-grade or industrial-grade products, and the production line includes moisture-proof and mildew-proof treatment processes.

8. Functional areas are clearly demarcated (main power distribution area and inverter power distribution area). The labels adopt internationally universal symbols and English, and the status of indicator lights is easy to identify at a glance, facilitating operation and recognition by crew members and managers.
