⚓ Product Description
This product is a high-end 6-channel integrated control panel specifically designed for yacht and marine helms. The panel features a black anodized aluminum base plate and is equipped with 6 high-quality metal ring-illuminated buttons. This panel highly integrates the most commonly used core control functions of a yacht, including: Horn (HORN), Navigation Lights (NAV), Anchor Light (ANCHOR), as well as Bilge Pump (BILGE CONTROL) controls for the Forward (FWD), Engine (ENG), and Stern (STERN) compartments. Clear English labels paired with blue LED backlighting not only enhance the technological feel of the helm but also ensure that the captain can operate quickly and accurately at night or in harsh sea conditions. Standardized wiring harnesses are pre-installed at the back for convenient installation and wiring.
⚓ Core Parameters
Product Model: 6-position Yacht Integrated Control Panel
Operating Voltage: DC 12V / 24V (compatible with marine DC systems)
Panel Material: Black anodized aluminum alloy (scratch-resistant, wear-resistant, salt spray and corrosion-resistant)
Button Material: 304/316 stainless steel or aluminum alloy illuminated buttons
Light Color: Blue ring LED indicator (visible working status)
Button Type: Momentary (e.g., horn) or Latching (e.g., lights/pumps, customizable)
Panel Dimensions: According to actual proportions (elongated design, 4-corner screw mounting)
Wiring Method: Colored wire harnesses extending from the rear (red/black/green, etc., supporting direct connection to terminal blocks or relays)
Protection Rating: IP65 (dustproof and waterproof on the front panel, suitable for semi-open helms)
⚓ Product Features
Precise 6-Channel Integration: Perfectly covers the three core systems of "sound (horn), light (navigation/anchor lights), and water (bilge pumps for 3 compartments)", greatly saving helm space.
Metallic Texture & Anti-corrosion: The combination of the brushed aluminum alloy panel and metal buttons not only provides a premium appearance but also offers excellent resistance to seawater salt spray and UV aging.
Strong Night Visibility: The buttons feature blue LED ring backlighting, clearly guiding the operation position during night navigation to avoid accidental touches.
Clear Layout Logic: From left to right, it controls the horn, navigation lights, anchor light, and drainage pumps for the front, middle, and rear compartments, aligning with the intuition of marine operators.
Plug-and-Play Wiring: Equipped with multi-strand pure copper wire harnesses at the rear, with clear wire color coding. Combined with aviation plugs or cold-pressed terminals, it significantly reduces shipyard installation time.
⚓ Precautions
Power Off Operation: Before wiring or maintaining the panel, be sure to cut off the vessel's main power supply to prevent short circuits or electric shock.
Load Matching: The buttons on this panel are typically used as control signals and cannot directly drive high-power equipment (such as high-power bilge pumps or horns). They must be used with relays or contactors, and ensure that the connected load current is within the rated contact capacity of the buttons.
Waterproof Protection: Although the front of the panel has a high waterproof rating, the rear wiring terminals are not recommended to be directly exposed to water flow. The installation location should preferably be in a shielded dashboard area.
Terminal Tightening: The rear wire harness may loosen under long-term vibration (vessel movement). After the initial installation and during regular maintenance, check whether the wiring terminals are secure.
Label Customization: English labels are default. If other languages or specific function labels are required, please confirm the customized silkscreen content before placing an order.
